Very central, just 400 yards from Princes Street, this lower ground floor self-catering rental apartment is ideal for visiting Edinburgh. It is in a quiet area, a mix of law firms, financial businesses and residential, and is within easy walking distance of the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and the Usher Hall and Traverse Theatre. There's a good delicatessen just round the corner in William Street.

Door to the apartment The flat has been newly refurbished and has its own separate entrance, reached by original stone steps, (right). Owners Neil and Gina live with their family in the house above (you can see their front door, the black one, to the right in the photograph above right). and so are on hand if you need them, and there'll be a breakfast starter pack in the fridge ready for your arrival.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Bookings can be made by either email or by telephone.
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a £50 deposit.
The balance plus a good house keeping deposit of £100 is to be paid no later than one month prior to the arrival date.
Entry time is usually 4pm, but can be earlier by arrangement. Guests must vacate by 11am on day of departure.
Payment can be made by either Bank Transfer or cheque.

High Season Rate per night - from £90
High Season Saturday Rate per night - from £130
