Irene Tarbet's home, where she welcomes guests for bed and breakfast, is the house in the middle of the photograph above right. About as central as you can get, it is situated in a residential cobbled lane less than 5 minute's walk from the West end of Princes Street, Edinburgh International Conference Centre, and the nearest Airport bus stop at Shandwick Place.

Number 37 is friendly and cosy, and it is amazing how quiet this is for the centre of Edinburgh!

If you are in Edinburgh with a car there is a free parking zone 5 minutes drive away, and whenever possible Irene is happy to offer a shuttle service. There is also a pay car-park nearby, just a couple of hundred yards away near the end of Princes Street.

Single bedroom with its own private bathroom (the bath has a shower) which is a short distance down a flight of stairs.

The bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair-dryer, clock-radio and television.
